The happiness and satisfaction of my clients is my priority. I aim to provide a high-quality service to all clients, delivering desired results in a timely manner. In order to achieve this, there are several things I must consider. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations cause an inconvenience to myself, but also other clients who have services booked with me.

When you book your appointment with me, the time slot for your chosen services are allocated to you, making it unavailable for other clients to book. In order to be respectful to other clients, please contact me as soon as you know you will be unable to attend your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your appointment is due to take place.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours before your appointment, this will result in the loss of your deposit.​

Consistent cancellations and/or no-shows may impact your ability to book future appointments with me. I understand that extenuating circumstances do occur, and in this case, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to your future booking. This will be decided on an individual basis.
